RISK ASSESSMENT:

We would always check the weather forecast and keep a Umbrella on hand for unexpected rain to prevent the camera equipment from becoming damaged. We would also handle the equipment with care, making sure that it is set up correctly checking to ensure the camera is locked in correctly and we do not leave anything abandoned even for a short while. When filming we have to be aware for the public, making sure no bags or paper is left lying around which could be a hazard to us or the public. Also making sure we do not disrupt any people around the locations or annoy them.

When carrying equipment, the person who is in charge of taking the equipment home would be dropped off by at least one other member in the group or if returning to college would have someone accompany them. We would not allow anyone to be alone with equipment due to their own safety concerns, and expensive equipment.

We would avoid filming in the dark, where it may be difficult to see our way around. We do not plan to film in the dark anyway in our music video. As there may be road-works and building constructions going on, we would have to become road-aware, and try to stay away from these locations as they may pose health hazards.

We have already checked for planning permissions and all locations are fine to film in, we should still respect the area and the people around making sure we do not waste to much time and get our music video complete as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The song would be available to both internet and CD cases to maximise sales. Some teenagers nowadays like getting the CD cover as they can play it in their car or laptop and feel as though they are supporting their artist. It can also seem to be a sort of collectors item in which Teenagers can physically show off the CD case. It is most important to be availible to download through internet as most of our audience if not all, would have internet access and smart-phones. This would make our music very easily accessible.
